My husband and I listed our condo Summer 2016 after a failed attempt in 2015. Alison knew the challenges we faced and the frustrations we felt during our first time listing the condo and assured us it would be different this time around. She was positive and determined to sell our condo and get us into a home. Alison was diligent but never too aggressive and fought for us the entire way through. It took a lot to sell our lemon of a condo but she did it. She knew the right time to lower the price and always gave us real talk and advice on what we needed to do. We knew our dream home the minute we saw it and she was frank and honest with her opinion. She also let us know we weren't crazy for deciding so fast and continued to assure us that we were making the right decision. In this process Alison was again supportiveand patient, never rushing us. Once Alison and I spoke about what I was searching for, she quickly compiled a list of properties for me to review by providing access to her portal which was very convenient for me. Once I identified a property from the portal or one she identified on her own, she was very quickly able, sometimes within the same day, to arrange a showing. Alison seemed very knowledgeable about the market, areas to avoid,what to look out for; and, once it seemed that I wasn't going to find the right property she suggested an area that I might consider that wasn't exactly matching my initial criteria. It turned out that I found exactly what I was looking for because of that. I would say that Alison has a lot of energy, drive, and is uber sensitive to ensuring that her client is satisfied with their purchase. When I voiced concern about a subject that was a condition of purchase, Alison immediately arranged for an amendment to the condition and negotiated what I wanted at the seller's expense.
